Exploring God is a spiritual journey that differs greatly from person to person. Some people have no spiritual background at all, and so are beginning their search possibly for the first time. Still others, may have some form of spiritual background, however their past religious experiences may not have been so positive.
Exploring God has much more to do with learning how to relate to God, than learning about God. God is not an entity of nature that can be scientifically or rationally explored. God is spirit, and he desires to have a personal relationship with you. Through your developing relationship with God, you will experience an affirmation of faith and mind, that God is real, and that a real relationship with God is not only possible, it is in fact what you were created for. God loves you. Believe it or not, from before the foundations of the earth were laid, God planned your existence. He designed you for the specific purpose that you may know him receive his love for you, and in return, to learn to love him. It is in God’s nature to be relational. However, in contrast, it is humanity that has difficulty with relationships, not God. Through the course of our exploration of this website, you will learn why humanity has difficulty with relating to each other, as well as relating to our Creator. We will also explore the steps that God has initiated to address these spiritual and relational obstacles.
